Lacy Sunshine Indian Maidens

Happy Sunday everyone. Today starts a new challenge for the Lacy Sunshine Color Your World challenge. With Fall in full swing, Heather has created some really beautiful Indian Maidens and I got to color Windsong Indian Maiden.

I colored this beauty with Kuretake Gamsai Tambi 36ct Solid Watercolors and Zig Clean Color Watercolor markers.
I also created the cornucopia using card stock, burlap, corn husks, flowers, leaves and pine cones.

The embellishments are a take on the leather hair wraps. They are made with Faux Leather card stock, leather string, beads and feathers that from my parrot Spike (he is molting right now lol).

The background is on a canvas board. I used a leafy stencil with texture paste and colored with the gelatos.

Sparkletini Christmas

Happy Thursday everyone. Today I have an ornament for you and with one of the cutest images from Lacy Sunshine.

The ornament is on Vellum paper and I used the Sparkle Poinsettia stamp and dies from Heartfelt Creations. I heat embossed the Poinsettia stamp twice and leaves once with embossing powder from Lindy's stamp Gang and then used the corresponding dies to cut them out.

Watercolored Fairy

Happy Thursday everyone. I have to tell you, I never thought I would get into watercoloring, but I love it so so much and it's something I know I will continue to do, like with the Copics. I have this beautiful fairy from Lacy Sunshine, Love is in the Air Love Note Fairy, in a very CAS card.

Mansi and Cub

Happy Monday everyone. Today I have an Autumn project using the beautiful Mansi and Cub image.

I created a Tepee for her and her cub. The tepee was really pretty easy to create, using the Spellbinders Nested Lacey Pennants, Vellum paper, Copics and Ribbon.

To create the tepee, cut out 3 of the Lacy Pennants and color with copic markers. Glue them together, leaving an opening, add the ribbons for the door. For the bottom, I cut one Spellbinders Nested Pennant and glued on. Then I added flower soft glue and sprinkled flower soft in Heather for the floral effect.

Happy Sunday everyone. Hope you all had a great weekend. Today is my first official post as a Lacy Sunshine Creative Designer, yay. I was just so thrilled when Heather asked me to join the team.
