I've Got My Eyes on You

This "Eye Monster" is for the weekly Hambo Hoedown Challenges. I used the following materials:

Copics: BV29/BV25/BV23/BV20/BV13/V01/V000/V0000
Hearts are from an E.K. Success punch
Ribbon is from Reasonable Ribbon
Papers are from my stash
Spellbinders Classic Scallops Rectangle.
